The Organization realizes an activity of public benefit, expressed in helping, encouraging and realizing initiatives for obtaining a stable regional economic, cultural and social development. The bilateral cooperation should have an added value to the contribution to solving a particular issue through sharing experience, knowledge, know-how and technology and working together for joint results such as the development of policies, laws, strategies or new knowledge or practice.
Competence and Expertise Offered
The organization has expertise in realizing projects, incl. financed under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009–2014. It is part of a wide network of organizations from the country and abroad and has experience in the implementation of trainings, public events, scientific research activity and study in the field of the regional and local management and development.
Expertise sought
Partners must help shape approaches and activate response capacity to deal with challenges, transmit know-how and best practices, support learning and methodology development processes.

- Проект BG05SFOP001-2.025-0163-C01 "ПРЕСТИЖ" с Бенефициент: АЛИАНС ЗА РЕГИОНАЛНО СЪТРУДНИЧЕСТВО И РАЗВИТИЕ и Партньор: ОБЩИНА ХАСКОВО се финансира със средства в размер на 52 405.20 лева 100 % БФП: от ЕСФ => Добро управление по Процедура: BG05SFOP001-2.025 Повишаване на гражданското участие в процесите на изпълнение и мониторинг на политики и законодателство, със срок на изпълнение от 24.08.2022 г. до 31.12.2023 г.
- Проект „РЕВИТА“ се изпълнява от Регионален исторически музей - Хасково в партньорство с "Алианс за регионално сътрудничество и развитие" от България и NORTH Consulting ehf. от Исландия с финансовата подкрепа от Оперативна програма: Културно предприемачество, наследство и сътрудничество, по Приоритетна ос: Подобрено управление на културното наследство, Процедура: Първа покана по подрезултат 1.1 "Културно наследство, представено в ревитализирани, реставрирани и реновирани места"

- Проект BGCULTURE-2.001-0115-C01 „СЦЕНА НА КРАЯ НА ГРАДА“ с бенефициент Драматично-куклен театър "Иван Димов" се финансира от ПРОГРАМА РА 14 „КУЛТУРНО ПРЕДПРИЕМАЧЕСТВО, НАСЛЕДСТВО И СЪТРУДНИЧЕСТВО”, Процедура BGCULTURE-2.001 ПЪРВА ПОКАНА ЗА НАБИРАНЕ НА ПРОЕКТНИ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ ПО РЕЗУЛТАТ 2 „ПОДОБРЕН ДОСТЪП ДО ИЗКУСТВА И КУЛТУРА“ на ФИНАНСОВИЯ МЕХАНИЗЪМ НА ЕВРОПЕЙСКОТО ИКОНОМИЧЕСКО ПРОСТРАНСТВО 2014-2021 Г. Стойността на безвъзмездната финансова помощ е 389 955 лева, а срокът за изпълнение на дейностите – 7 декември 2023 година. Проектът се реализира в партньорство с Алианс за регионално сътрудничество и развитие – България и FRUMLITIR EHF – Исландия.
Работим заедно за по-зелена,по-конкурентна и по-приобщаваща Европа.

- Проект „ПРЕосмисляне на МИКРОкредитирането като инструмент за подпомагане на МСП и стимулиране на МЕСТНИ икономики“ („RE-thinking MICROcredit as a tool to support SMEs and boost LOCAL economies”) с акроним „REMICRO LOCAL“ и MIS 5070104, който се финансира по Договор за субсидия № B6.3a.03 / 19.04.2021 г. от Програма за трансгранично сътрудничество ИНТЕРРЕГ V-A „Гърция - България 2014-2020“, чрез Европейски фонд за регионално развитие и национално съфинансиране от двете партниращи държави.
- Рок фестивал КОШЕРА РОК СТЕЙДЖ / KOSHERA ROCK STAGE в град Хасково с финансовата подкрепа на Община Хасково по програма „Културни инициативи“, съгласно Наредбата за финансово подпомагане на местната култура.
- Проект CB005.2.21.063 “CROSS-THRACE CONNECTION", финансиран от ЕС по Interreg – IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme от Сдружение АРСР в партньорство с РИМ – Хасково и ТПП - Кешан с цел да се развият туристически атрактивни услуги в обществения културен сектор чрез използване на съвременни технологии.

- Проект № BG05SFOP001-3.0030054, „ОБЩЕСТВО ЗА ПРАВОСЪДИЕ“, ФИНАНСИРАН ПО ОПДУ, ПРОЦЕДУРА BG05SFOP001-3.003 „ГРАЖДАНСКИ КОНТРОЛ ВЪРХУ РЕФОРМАТА В СЪДЕБНАТА СИСТЕМА“
- ПРОЕКТ "РОК ЗОНА 29", ФИНАНСИРАН ОТ ОБЩИНА ХАСКОВО ЗА ПОДПОМАГАНЕ НА МЛАДЕЖКИ ДЕЙНОСТИ.
